Healthy Cooking Classes
Join us weekly for an online cooking class focused on healthy foods.
Join us for a virtual and interactive cooking class focused on nutritious and delicious foods, all from the comfort of home. Each class will begin with a presentation of information related to the topic and conclude with a live cooking demonstration. Recipes to recreate the delicious and healthy meals are provided.
Y members may access virtual cooking classes free as a member benefit through Virtual Y and do not need to register. Community members should register so that we can email you the link to join the Zoom meeting the morning of class.
Take an online cooking class with the Y! Our instructor will guide you through recipes providing tips and answering questions along the way.
Hosted on Zoom, classes are free for Y members through Virtual Y or $15 for community members. For those who register, the instructor send an email on the morning of class with a link to join.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences, is a certified Lifestyle Coach, and a lover of food! Katrina believes in a balanced, whole food based approach to eating that is as delicious as it is nutritious.
