Nutritious and Delicious

Join us for a virtual and interactive cooking class focused on nutritious and delicious foods, all from the comfort of home. Each class will begin with a presentation of information related to the topic and conclude with a live cooking demonstration. Recipes to recreate the delicious and healthy meals are provided.

Y members may access virtual cooking classes free as a member benefit through Virtual Y and do not need to register. Community members should register so that we can email you the link to join the Zoom meeting the morning of class.

Katrina has been teaching cooking classes and helping people eat healthier for more than ten years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences, is a certified Lifestyle Coach, and a lover of food! Katrina believes in a balanced, whole food based approach to eating that is as delicious as it is nutritious.
