Join us for a virtual and interactive cooking class focused on nutritious and delicious foods, all from the comfort of home. Each class will begin with a presentation of information related to the topic and conclude with a live cooking demonstration. Recipes to recreate the delicious and healthy meals are provided.
Take an online cooking class with the Y! Our instructor will guide you through recipes providing tips and answering questions along the way. Classes are free for Y members or $15 for community members and hosted on Zoom. Participants will receive an email from the instructor on the morning of class with a link to join.
