Nutritious and Delicious

Join us for a virtual and interactive cooking class focused on nutritious and delicious foods, all from the comfort of home. Each class will begin with a presentation of information related to the topic and conclude with a live cooking demonstration. Recipes to recreate the delicious and healthy meals are provided.


To expand the depth and breadth of virtual content available to our members, we've partnered with YMCA360. As part of this partnership, we're ending support for our local virtual Y after September 30, 2022. Our weekly virtual cooking classes will continue with a change to how Y members access the live class. 

  • September 2022 classes are available for free to Y members through Virtual Y and do not require registration.
  • For October classes and beyond, registration will be required for Y members to receive the Zoom link on the morning of class. Classes will continue to be offered as an included member benefit. 
  • Community members should continue to register to receive the Zoom link on the morning of class.

Katrina has been teaching cooking classes and helping people eat healthier for more than ten years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Sciences, is a certified Lifestyle Coach, and a lover of food! Katrina believes in a balanced, whole food based approach to eating that is as delicious as it is nutritious.
