Summer Day Camp Cancellations and Changes are processed in the order they are received. At this time, we are experiencing a delay in processing as we ensure our waitlists are functioning and can successfully send offers as spots open due to cancellations. We appreciate your patience and understanding until this issue is resolved, and will send confirmation notices via email as requests are processed.
All summer camp cancellations and changes must be submitted to this form by May 1 to be eligible for a full refund minus the deposit. Verbal cancellations or cancellations submitted through other channels cannot be accepted.
All deposits made during summer camp registration are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. Deposits may be transferred between YMCA Day Camp programs (not participants) through June 1, based on availability. After June 1, deposits are no longer transferable and remain non-refundable.
No refunds or credits will be given for absences, withdrawals, disciplinary suspensions, or removal of a camper. Failure to complete attendance requirements, including electronic forms and waivers or payment, that result in days missed from camp will not be refunded or credited.
Weekly day camp fees will not be pro-rated, refunded, or credited for missed days of camp in a week.
Exceptions to this policy may only be made in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the organization's leadership.
