Let’s get creative in the kitchen! We start with learning the basics, then turn up the heat to practice making more complex meals. Perfect for novices or teens ready to sharpen their skills.

Choose from day camps especially designed for teens at your local Y including Peak Camp and Junior Lifeguard Camp.
Youth ages 10 - 13 will learn proper use of cardio and strength equipment and fitness center rules in this orientation class, a requirement for using our fitness centers before age 14.
