YMCA360 is Your Virtual Y
Bring your membership full-circle with the people, places, and programs of the Y through YMCA360, starting October 1.
At the Y, we believe in meeting people where they are. YMCA360 provides that opportunity by engaging members with community, programs, and experiences at your local Y, home, or on-the-go. Whether it's a current Y favorite or something new to you, YMCA360 matches your lifestyle with a growing library of online videos for your whole family. Plus, access is included with your Y membership!
From yoga to youth sports, YMCA360 is a collection of high quality on-demand and livestream classes by real people, for real people. And, with hundreds of classes to choose from, the options are practically endless.
From youth sports to arts & crafts, the Kids & Family channel, with over 250 videos to explore, will build confidence and inspire creativity for every member of the family.
Take a deep breath and start your journey with the Mind & Body channel, an active and meditative collection of over 200 programs with favorites like Pilates and yoga.
From boot camp and strength to cycle and circuits, the Fitness First channel includes a variety of group exercise classes with over 350 options to get you moving.
Designed for ages 55 and older, the Boomers & Beyond channel, with over 60 classes, provides Active Older Adults ways to stay healthy and engaged.
