Recipe: Cinnamon Spiced Cous Cous

- 1 ¾ cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cinnamon stick
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups whole wheat cous cous
- Place all ingredients (except cous cous) in a medium pot and bring to a boil.
- Stir in cous cous, cover and remove from heat.
- Let stand 5-10 minutes and fluff with a fork.
