Get Ready to Level Up
Level Up is a high-energy, full-day conference designed to equip youth and young adults with real-world skills, leadership development, and hands-on learning opportunities. The event features a dynamic mix of workshops and an engaging resource fair that brings together public and private partners—including employers, educators, and service providers.
Last year, we welcomed more than 125 participants and received generous support from sponsors such as Deloitte, foundry10, and Boston Consulting Group. This year, we’re expanding our workshops and growing the resource fair to include more trade-focused employers, apprenticeship programs, and speakers who reflect the rich multicultural diversity of our community.

About the Social Impact Center
The Social Impact Center is the social services provider for the YMCA of Greater Seattle. We stand with youth and young adults facing some of life’s toughest challenges, such as homelessness, foster care, exploitation, systemic poverty, and racism. With a dedicated team of over 300 clinicians, case managers, direct care providers, and administrators, we provide holistic, wraparound support to more than 5,000 individuals each year. This includes safe housing, access to mental health care, academic support, job readiness training, and resources to help interrupt cycles of violence and trauma. For over 50 years, across three counties, we have been building systems of belonging, healing, and possibility. We transform barriers into pathways for all.
