Recipe: Tandoori Shrimp Skewers

INGREDIENTS
- 1-pound prawns or Argentinian red shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ¼ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ lime, juiced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
- Place shrimp in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss to thoroughly mix and coat the shrimp.
- Allow shrimp to marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to two hours.
- Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
- Heat a grill over medium-high heat and grill shrimp on both sides until slightly charred and fully cooked.
