Complete each stretch for 30 seconds.

  • Arm Circles
  • Hip Circles
  • Long-Side Bend
  • Overhead Tricep (Left & Right Sides)
  • Butterfly
  • Lying Hamstring (Left & Right Sides)
  • Chest Stretch
  • Seated Double Toe Touch
  • Knee Hug (Left & Right Sides)
  • Child's Pose
