Connecting King County Communities to Care and Resources
At the YMCA of Greater Seattle, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive — no matter where they live, what language they speak, or their financial circumstances. Through the HealthierHere Community Hub partnership, we help connect individuals and families across King County with the support and resources they need to improve their health and well-being.
The Community Hub is a free and confidential care coordination program for King County residents. YMCA Resource Navigators work one-on-one with individuals and families to help navigate systems, connect to available resources, and advocate for their needs.
Our team can help connect participants to services including food and nutrition support, public benefits programs, healthcare, insurance, employment, housing, child care, and more.
If you live in King County and would like support navigating the many resources available, our team is here to help. To get started, fill out our intake form.
