Cancellations & Changes

All summer camp cancellations and changes must be submitted to this form by May 1 to be eligible for a full refund minus the deposit. Cancellations submitted through phone calls, emails or other channels cannot be accepted.

All deposits made during summer camp registration are non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date. Deposits may be transferred between overnight camp, Orcas Island Day Camp & BOLD & GOLD programs (not participants).

No refunds or credits will be given for absences, withdrawals, disciplinary suspensions, or removal of a participant.

Program fees will not be pro-rated, refunded, or credited for missed days of the program.
Exceptions to this policy may only be made in extenuating circumstances at the discretion of the organization's leadership.

  2. Request a Change: Request a change of week, program, or location to a different week, program or location. All requests are subject to availability. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.
