Stop by the Y for a Tour & Workout 

Your free Try the Y Pass is valid up to 7 days after purchase for one visit to the Y. Take your pass to visit any of our local Y’s in greater King County for a workout with strength equipment, cardio equipment, and free weights*. 


How to Get Your Pass

  1. Come to your local Y in comfortable workout clothes with an ID, water bottle, towel, and mask

  2. Stop by Member Services and ask for a Try the Y pass. If you're a new member, we'll give you a tour of the facility and then set you up with a pass. If your membership is on hold, the tour is optional. 

  3. Complete your workout and let us know how your visit went before you leave!

*Pass is not valid for activities that require a reservation including lap swimming, group exercise classes, and recreational swim. Age guidelines apply as well. See guidelines >
