BASE is a school-year long program where fees are paid on a weekly basis. Families enroll in an option that works best for their family for the entire year. Families may upgrade or downgrade enrollment options but must provide written 14 days' notice via this form for all changes, cancellations, or transfers. If you choose to downgrade your enrollment, you are not guaranteed a spot if you decide to upgrade at a later date.
For example, if you are attending before and after school for five days a week and downgrade to four days, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to return to five days of care at a later date.
Deposits are non-refundable and may be non-transferable. The Y reserves the right to charge a $25 fee for multiple registration changes.
Please email us at registration@seattleymca.org or call us at 206-382-4927. Our registration team is available between the hours of 7:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.
