Before and After-School Enrichment (BASE)

BASE is a school-year long program. Families enroll in an option that works best for their family for the entire year. Families may cancel enrollment but must provide 14 days written notice via the form below. If you choose to cancel your enrollment, you are not guaranteed a spot if you decide to reenroll later.

Annual registration fees are non-refundable and may be non-transferable.

If you want to change your enrollment from full-time to part-time or vice versa, please enroll online in your new option and use this form to cancel your previous enrollment.
