Before and After-School Enrichment (BASE) Cancellation

BASE is a year-long program designed for the school year. It allows families to choose the option that best fits their needs for the entire 10-month school year. If a participant wishes to cancel enrollment, they must submit a request using the webform below 14 days prior to the start of each month. Any participant providing notice less than 14 days prior to the first of the month will be charged for the full upcoming month of tuition. We cannot accommodate prorated refunds for partial months of care. For full program cancellation policies, click here.

Enrollment Changes

If you would like to change your enrollment from full-time to part-time or vice versa, please leave a note at the bottom of this form detailing the change you are hoping to have made. Staff will confirm if the requested change is available at your school location.

Please allow 14-days for processing any cancellation or change requests.

We acknowledge that our billing cycle operates on a month-to-month basis, and written notice must be provided at least 14 days prior to the start of the month. If notice is given less than 14 days before the 1st of the month, you will be charged for the full upcoming month's tuition.
