Join us for a gentle, contemplative virtual stroll as part of our Active Older Adult Healthy Aging series! Guided by Judy Beaudette from Friends of North Creek Forest, you'll participate from inside your home or a familiar outdoor space like your backyard or balcony. Your guide will join you from a local forest and invite you to tune into your senses, give attention to nature, and share your perspectives with others.

Forest bathing (called Shinrin Yoku in Japan) is a research-based activity that offers healing and wellness through immersion in forests and other natural environments. Numerous studies have shown that forest baths offer powerful health benefits, including reduced blood pressure and stress levels, a stronger immune system, better cognition, and improved energy levels.
