Active Older Adults (AOA) at the YMCA of Greater Seattle build relationships and create a network of friends who provide support for overall health and well-being. We’ve got a full line-up of virtual and in-person activities designed specifically for our AOA friends, plus other great programs like virtual cooking classes or lap swim that we think you'll enjoy!   • Community Café - Armchair Travel to a Texas National Park | June 6, 1:00 pm
    We welcome back nature guide and University YMCA member Woody Wheeler to take us on a virtual tour of a seldom-seen but magnificent natural area. Home to the largest number of bird and cacti species of any National Park, Big Bend/Davis Mountains also boasts diverse wildlife, deep canyons, and rugged and scenic mountains. Learn more here >
