Active Older Adults (AOA) at the YMCA of Greater Seattle build relationships and create a network of friends who provide support for overall health and well-being. We’ve got a full line-up of virtual and in-person activities designed specifically for our AOA friends, plus other great programs like virtual cooking classes or lap swim that we think you'll enjoy!   • Community Café - Cancer Lifeline | October 11, 1:00 pm
    Everyone is touched by cancer at some point in their life, either as a patient or as a loved one. Basha Brownstein, MSW from Community Program Manager for Cancer Lifeline, will share how this organization helps thousands of cancer patients each year build strength through support groups, classes in nutrition, gentle exercise, creative expression, stress reduction, and a telephone Lifeline for personalized emotional support.
