Active Older Adults (AOA) at the YMCA of Greater Seattle build relationships and create a network of friends who provide support for overall health and well-being.  This fall, we’ve got a full line-up of virtual and in-person activities designed specifically for our AOA friends, plus other great programs like virtual cooking classes or lap swim that we think you'll enjoy!
