Active Older Adults (AOA) at the YMCA of Greater Seattle build relationships and create a network of friends who provide support for overall health and well-being. We’ve got a full line-up of virtual and in-person activities designed specifically for our AOA friends, plus other great programs like virtual cooking classes or lap swim that we think you'll enjoy!   • Community Café - Celebrate Gifts You Have Given | January 31, 1:00 pm

  • Healthy Aging Series - Exercise and Fall Prevention | February 3, 11:00 am
