Peter Adams was born on September 25, 1997 and passed away on May 23, 2019. Peter was a resident of YAIT for two years. This program supports youth as they transition into adulthood by providing housing, connection to jobs, life skills, and other resources.

Peter was described as "kind, helpful, and driven. When Peter was not working as a full time security guard, he volunteered his time at two local young adult shelters. He was looked up to by his peers and was always willing to listen, or brighten the day with his humor. He loved country music, super heroes, working out, and skateboarding. He will be dearly missed."
