The Y's first FREE Virtual Fitness Challenge is here!

It can be hard to self-motivate in normal circumstances, let alone when we're social distancing or spending more time alone. That's why the YMCA is launching Stay Health-Y 600, a 30-day fitness challenge that connects you with Y members across the country to stay fit.

This fitness challenge is designed to help you to keep moving and be active in ways that you may have never thought of before. It’s easy! All you do is log, track and complete 600 minutes of activity throughout the course of 30 days -- and see which state can rack up the most points.

You'll use a system called YTRAAK to log your workouts and healthy meals. Plus, you'll get to interact with and see how other Y members are staying healthy, too. Sign up now; the challenge starts on Monday, March 23rd!

Here's how to get started:

  1. Sign up: Create your profile and pick Team Washington to participate with the YMCA of Greater Seattle.

  2. Join the Facebook Group: Connect with other members of our assoication who are participating in the challenge via the official Facebook Group. It's a great place to get support and chat with other members.

  3. Workout! Use one of our on-demand workouts to start racking up points.

  4. Track & Win: Log your workouts and help Team Washington get the most points!
