Tips for the Track

For the safety of all, members are expected to abide by the following rules when using our tracks.

Track Rules

Youth permitted if Supervising Individual:
- Ages 7 & under – is present & actively monitoring on track
- Ages 8 to 9 – in gym within eye sight
- Ages10 to 13 – in facility & accessible

Keep volume on headphones low - for your ears only.

Shirt and shoes required at all times.

No talking or taking photos or videos on cell phone.

Do not throw items from track.

No weights on track unless working with staff.
Track Direction
Walkers use inside lane – Runners use outside lane.

ODD numbered day: walk/run CLOCKWISE.

EVEN numbered day: walk/run COUNTERCLOCKWISE.
