Group Fitness Class Age Guidelines

To ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable experience, we have established the following age guidelines for participation in our group fitness classes.

Supervising Individual Guidelines
Supervising Individuals are defined as registered caregivers, guardians, or family members ages 14 & up.
Ages 7 and Younger
Not Permitted
Please leave your little one at home or better yet, drop them off at Kids Zone so you can have a worry-free workout while they are having a blast and making new friends.
Ages 8–9 Permitted
with Restrictions
Supervising Individual must be present in class. Youth must be willing and able to follow structure. Participation limited to dance, family, and low impact classes.
Ages 10–13 Permitted
with Restrictions
Supervising Individual must be present in class. Youth must be willing and able to follow structure. Open to all classes except for Les Mills Bodypump and Grit.
Ages 14 and Older Permitted
Teens 14+ are welcome with no supervising individual required or restrictions on class type.
