Whether you are pursuing weight loss through traditional lifestyle changes or alongside a GLP-1 medication, the Y offers layered support designed to build healthy habits, maintain motivation and promote long term well-being.

Group exercise classes support weight loss by offering safe, structured and motivating workouts. Cardio builds endurance, strength builds lean muscle and low impact options like water exercise and yoga support consistency. Free with membership.

The Y offers aqua fitness classes as well as recreational and lap swimming to support weight loss with a full body, low impact workout that burns calories and builds endurance. Free with membership.

With top of the line cardio equipment and a full range of strength machines and free weights, the Y is the place to get strong!

Everyone’s path to wellness varies and the Y provides a personalized plan developed with a wellness coach to help you create your own path to health and well-being.
