We are committed to helping you achieve your goals at the YMCA of Greater Seattle.

Designed for adults (ages 55 or older) at all levels of fitness, Enhance®Fitness aims to help you become more active, energized, and empowered to sustain an independent life. You will learn to maintain health and function through dynamic cardiovascular exercise, strength training, balance, and flexibility. This 16-week program meets 3 times a week and includes a pre-and post-fitness assessment.
