Bowl of Pear Mango Salsa with Tortilla Chips

Serves: 6
Total Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 medium pears, peeled, cored, cut into small chunks
  • ½ mango, peeled, seeded, cut into small chunks
  • ⅓ cup yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ⅓ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jalapeño pepper, seeded, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • Lime juice to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate in a covered container for at least 30 minutes or up to 3 hours before serving.
  2. Serve with tortilla chips, on tacos, or on your favorite dipping vessel!
