As part of our Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring Program, we offer nutrition seminars to help those with high blood pressure learn how to lessen their symptoms through a variety of ways. Stop by Club Room A at 10:30 am on the last Friday of each month for free seminars that are open to all members. Topics include shopping, cooking and preparing foods for a healthy heart, reducing sodium, and heart healthy physical activity. The seminars feature a small group, conversational format.
