Thanks for your interest in Y Early Education programs! As we open several new centers in the coming months, we've compiled some answers to frequently asked questions from our prospective families. If you question isn't answered below, please email us

When will tours be available?

At this time, we are still waiting for access to the building. Once we have access, families will be invited to visit our classroom spaces! Tours will be offered both virtually and in-person.

Do you offer part time options?

At this time, we only offer full-time enrollment.

What are any COVID-19 protocols and procedures in place?
  • Daily health screenings for children and teachers
  • Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing procedures
  • Classrooms are set up as cohorts to reduce exposure throughout the program
What are next steps after paying the deposit?

Once the program has a confirmed opening date, our registration team will complete the enrollment by setting up monthly tuition payments and requesting the competition of electronic paperwork through PLAYERSPACE.

If I choose not to pay the deposit, will my child have a spot in the program?

All families who have paid the non-refundable deposit will be guaranteed care for the program. If the age group has any spots open, new families will be able to enroll until classroom is full.

Is the deposit refundable?

No. If you do decide not to enroll your child into the program, the deposit will not be refunded to your account. Deposits are applied to the annual registration fee and first months tuition upon enrollment.

What are the fees?

The Y is committed to ensuring all families have access to quality and enriching youth programs. We accept Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) subsidy at many locations. In addition, the Y provides financial assistance and a sliding fee schedule. If you would like to apply for financial assistance for the program and/or the deposit fee, please complete this form.

Fees are broken out by age groups and classrooms. Below you can find a range of fees to match up with your child’s age, though keep in mind that subsidy and scholarships may lower the fees below these tiers. As part of our Y member benefits, those with active facility memberships pay the lower discounted fee listed below.

  • Infants (0 -11 months) $2,200-$2,350 per month
  • Young Toddlers (12-24 months) $2,100-$1,950 per month

  • Older Toddlers (24-30 months) $1,950-$1,800 per month

  • Preschool (30 months-4 years) $1,550-$1,650 per month

  • Pre-Kindergarten (4-5 years) $1,550-$1,650 per month

Do you offer financial aid or scholarships?

Yes! The Y is committed to ensuring all families have access to quality and enriching youth programs. We accept Working Connections Child Care (WCCC) subsidy at many locations.
