Healthy Aging Series - Stretch & Strength Class

Join Paul from the Meredith Mathews East Madison YMCA for this beginner to moderate level exercise class designed to improve muscular strength, range of motion, and balance. All you need is some clear space, some water, and a chair. If you have light dumb bells or resistance bands, those are encouraged, but not necessary.
