45-Minute Circuit Workout

Try this WOD (workout of the day)!  Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water.

Instructions

Complete each circuit as many times as you can in 45 minutes.

Circuit One

  • 15 burpees
  • 10 push-ups
  • 20 sit-ups
  • 15 chair tricep dips
  • 20 squats

Circuit Two

  • 30-second plank
  • 20 alternating lunges
  • 1 minute of jumping jacks
  • 15 inchworms
  • 15 bicep curls

Circuit Three

  • 30-second side plank (right side)
  • 30-second side plank (left side)
  • 30 seconds of mountain climbers
  • 1 minute of ice skaters
  • 1-minute jog in place
