Activity or Program Changes
Did you register for a program or make a reservation and now you need to make a change?
Start your request to change your program or activity here.
Things happen -- and sometimes you need to change or cancel the activity you're registered for. You'll need staff help to do things like change the time and day of a private swim lesson, transfer your registration to a different day or time, or cancel your reservation for facility access.
Looking to make a change for your camper this summer?
Most programs or activities cancelled by the participant may be refunded as a system credit if written notice is provided 14 days prior to the start date. When special circumstances arise where participation is not possible such as illness or a family emergency, you may request consideration for a credit.
System credits are equal to total paid for the program, activity, class, or session minus any nonrefundable deposits, owed balances, and future scheduled payments.
After you complete the form below, a YMCA staff member will reach out to you within 7-10 business days with next steps. We will provide additional information via email or phone call once your request has been processed.
