Update Your 2023-24 School-Year Plans

Before and After-School Enrichment (BASE)

BASE is a school-year long program where fees are paid on a weekly basis. Families enroll in an option that works best for their family for the entire year. Families may upgrade or downgrade enrollment options but must provide 14 days written notice via the form below for all changes, cancellations, or transfers. If you choose to downgrade your enrollment, you are not guaranteed a spot if you decide to upgrade at a later date. 

For example, if you are attending before and after school for five days a week and downgrade to four days, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to return to five days of care at a later date. 

Annual registration fees are non-refundable and may be non-transferable. The Y reserves the right to charge a $25 fee for multiple registration changes.

Non-School and School Break Day Camp 

If a family wishes to cancel a non-school day or school break day camp enrollment, they must submit in writing via this web form two business days before the day they wish to cancel to receive a system credit.

Any deposits or registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable outside of day camp program types. For cancellations after the deadline, deposits and registration fees will not result in a system credit except for unforeseen circumstances and subject to the approval of the supervisor.
