Making your experience with Y the best it can be is always our priority! With that in mind, we're excited to share several upgrades to program registration. As of December 1, 2022, most Y programs have moved to a seasonal registration timeline for each season.
Please note that while group swim lessons register on a seasonal calendar, private swim lessons will remain in a monthly registration cycle.
Other improvements include a more clear and concise filter when searching for programs and an overall enhanced user-experience in Active Network. Learn more about the updates and 2023 registration timeline below including tips to access your account, register for programs, apply for financial assistance, and other frequently asked questions.
Active Network, our partner in registration management, specializes in providing best-in-class program registration solutions. So when you click on "register" on the seattleymca.org website, you're re-directed to Active Network to complete the process. In most cases, the registration links takes you to the specific program you're interested in, but you can also filter by when, where, and who or use the search tool to explore more.
These articles provide registration support and insights.
The enhanced filtering tool helps you find a specific program.

You may notice that the way we group our programs has changed. We streamlined the way we categorize and filter them to provide more precision and clarity.
For example, you won’t find "youth basketball league" under "Sports Leagues - Youth" anymore, but instead under "Basketball League". It’s a small change that will make finding your favorite program that much easier.
