Terms & Conditions of Use: Fall 2025 Membership Promotion

By participating in this offer, the member agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in addition to all other membership and program Terms and Conditions, including Cancellation and Refund policies. Member must comply with these Terms and Conditions for the offer to be valid.

New Member Offer

  • Offer dates: October 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025
  • New joins: $0 join fee +YMCA Coupon Book

Eligibility Details

New Join Eligibility

  • New memberships must be purchased between October 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025, to receive 100% off joining fees and the YMCA Coupon Book. 
  • Individuals and households without an active or on-hold membership are eligible.
  • Current members, including members currently on hold, are not eligible.

Coupon Book Eligibility and Usage Guidelines

  • Each new membership that joins between October 1–31, 2025, will receive one YMCA Coupon Book with multiple offers.
  • Coupons are valid only during the dates listed on each coupon and may not be applied to prior purchases or retroactively.
  • Each coupon is valid for one-time use only.
  • Membership must be active and in good standing at the time of coupon redemption and program participation.
  • If membership is cancelled prior to or during a program, the coupon will be voided, and non-member rates will apply.
  • Coupons are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged for credit.
  • Coupon use is subject to program capacity and availability.
  • Discounts may not be combined with any other coupons, offers, or promotions. The only exception is YMCA-approved Financial Assistance (Affordable for All pricing). 

Financial Assistance Eligibility

  • Memberships and programs are eligible for Affordable For All pricing consistent with current policy.

Hold Eligibility

  • Standard hold policy applies to membership.
  • Coupons are not valid for use on hold memberships or without an active membership

Exchange and Transfer Eligibility

  • Coupons may not be transferred to another account.
  • Coupon value is not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other coupons, offers, discounts, or promotions (except the $0 join fee).
  • Coupon value may not be applied as an account credit and cannot be placed on a member’s account for later use.
  • Coupon value cannot be applied to previous purchases and/or transactions. 

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Membership Cancellation and Refund Policies apply.
  • Members must have an active membership through the end of any registered programs to receive facility member pricing.
  • If membership is cancelled prior to or during a program, the coupon will be voided, and non-member charges will apply.
     

The YMCA of Greater Seattle reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time at its discretion. Updates will be posted here.
