Buying Items at the Store

Your participant will have the opportunity to purchase items from the Camp Store during their session. All store purchases are made through a prepaid store account. You can add money to this account through UltraCamp prior to your participant’s session. Please discuss with your participant the amount in their store account. To make a purchase, participant simply tell the sales person their name. The store will be open during free play. Everyone will have a chance to shop.  All participants will get a Camp Colman t-shirt at the end of their session.

Camp Orkila

Buying Items at the Store

A few times during the week, your participant will have the opportunity to visit the camp store. All store purchases are made through your participant’s prepaid store account – so all they have to do when they’d like to make a purchase is tell the salesperson their name.

While you are able to add store money to your participant’s account at all check-in locations, we encourage you to add it prior to your participant’s session through your UltraCamp account. You can also add money to your participant’s account while they are at camp. Instructions on how to do that are below. Please discuss with your participant the amount in their store account.

Leadership Development Institute & Expedition Participants at Camp Orkila

Expedition participants will have the opportunity to visit our store on the first or last day of their session. They can purchase souvenirs and snacks.

Refunds of Unspent Store Money

Upon adding store money to your account, you may choose to have unspent money donated to our scholarship fund for the following summer or be refunded to your account at the end of the summer. A detailed report* of your participant’s store expenses can also be viewed from your online account.

How to Add Store Money

1. Log in to your UltraCamp account and open the menu bar by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the top left of your screen.
2. Select “Camp Store” from the menu, expand your selections using the + symbol, and then select store deposits.
3. A list of registered participants will appear, and you can choose who much you’d like to add to their account. Enter the amount, choose an option for how to handle unspent store money (donate to camp or credit your account), and then choose next.
4. Proceed to checkout and complete payment.
