What is Laughter Yoga? Laughter Yoga combines deep breathing and laughter exercises that bring increased oxygen to your brain and body. Rhythm, sound, movement, child-like playfulness and eye-contact stimulates laughter and releases the “happy” endorphins in your brain, leaving you feeling joyful and full of energy. Laughter Yoga was created by a medical doctor from India over 25 years ago and is practiced in over 100 countries around the world.
