The YMCA of Greater Seattle has a vision that one day, all kids, families, adults and seniors in the Greater Seattle Area will have equitable opportunities to improve their health, well-being and reach their full potential. Together at 13 Y branches, two overnight camps and hundreds of program sites across King and south Snohomish County, we’re tackling our community’s most urgent needs – giving people hope for a better future, and the means to achieve it.

Bellevue Family YMCA 2019 Annual Philanthropy Goal: $250,000

With your support, the Bellevue Family YMCA will impact the local community through various programs including:

Teen Development and Leadership at KTUB

The Kirkland Teen Union Building (KTUB) provides a hub for teens from Kirkland and across the Eastside looking for opportunities to share their music and grow their digital storytelling skills. KTUB offers a recording studio and live stage, leadership programs, and more to help teens thrive.

Respite Care

Once a month, the Bellevue Y offers a special needs respite care event for middle school youth.  The children enjoy meaningful activities and playtime in our facility.  Parents or caregivers experience a well-deserved break and personal time.

Youth and Government

Your support helps students develop leadership, writing and public speaking skills through hands-on civic opportunities alongside positive, caring mentors.

Y Programs for All

Your support provides families access to day camp, education programs and wellness classes regardless of their financial situation.
