To recognize the people who make the Y what it is, we’re hosting a special Staff Appreciation Day at the Mariners in September. This event isn’t just a night at the ballpark; it’s a moment to recognize the impact of Y staff. It’s our way of saying thank you in a big, joyful way to the more than 2,500 staff who serve our community with care, compassion, and commitment.

⚾ Give Staff a Big-League Thank-You
With your support, YMCA of Greater Seattle staff and their families will receive free tickets and Mariners swag to enjoy a well-earned night out at T-Mobile Park, as the Mariners take on the L.A. Angels. We’re kicking things off with a pre-game celebration at Victory Hall, our very own dugout for the day – complete with giveaways, community spirit, and high-fives all around.
🍿 Fill the Stands with Gratitude
Bring your baseball cap and Y pride to help show our staff that their work is a home run for our entire community. Show your support by purchasing discounted tickets, available to Y members for a limited time before the general public. A portion of every ticket sold supports this incredible event for our staff!
