Local Events Honoring Black History, Culture, and Joy
Juneteenth is a celebration of freedom and an opportunity to honor Black history, culture, and leadership. Across our region, people gather through art, music, education, and community events that recognize the significance of this day and its lasting impact.
At the YMCA of Greater Seattle, we believe strong communities learn from one another and celebrate the experiences that shape our region. This Juneteenth, we invite you to join us at a YMCA event or attend one of the many celebrations taking place throughout the Puget Sound area.
