Next Steps
A Y staff member will determine your income-based membership and/or program award amount and rate based on household income, household size, membership package, and availability of Y funds. You will receive an email within 14 days with your award amount.
- To activate your membership (for new applicants who are not yet Y members):
- Create your account online by accessing your online account. Follow the login instructions on this page to create an account. OR
- Present your award letter email to the membership desk at your local Y.
- To activate your renewal award (for existing members renewing their award):
- Review award amount and monthly dues
- Your award is automatically set to start the day your current award ends. You do not need to do anything further.

Start your health journey at the Y with a 14-day complimentary Guest Pass. This gives you and your household access to the Y while your application is being reviewed. Please bring your valid, government-issued photo identification when visiting the Y for all members age 16 and older.
