Next steps to register for your free pass
- If you don’t already have an online account with us: Visit my.seattleymca.org/s/login and select ”Need an Account? Start Here.” Fill out the information for yourself.
- After submitting your information, you will receive an email from us.
- Open the email and click on the link that will take you to set up a password. Once you do, you will be in your new account. 3. Go to Account Details.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Add New Contact.”
- Then enter information for each family member:
- Ages 18+: Full name, date of birth, phone number, and email address
- Ages 13-17: Full name, date of birth, and phone number
- Ages 12 and under: Full name and date of birth 4. Once you’ve completed those steps, just visit one of our 14 branches.
- Our staff will be happy to finish setting up your free trial pass. For family members ages 16 and older, please bring a valid photo ID.

Your trial pass gives each family member three days to use within a seven-day period.

Helpful Information
- Please allow up to 30 minutes for staff to complete the setup of your trial pass during your first visit.
- Trial passes are not valid for activities requiring reservations.
- Kids Zone, our drop-in childcare program, is included with the Try the Y Pass. Children may stay for up to 120 minutes per visit.
- Enjoy a group fitness class, lap swim, or open gym during your visit. Check out our schedules >
