While the new Kent Y is under construction, we’ve opened a temporary business office in a shared space with the Kent Community Foundation near Kent Station which is now open to the public.

The Kent YMCA is scheduled to open in fall of 2019. The 50,000 square foot building will include a large double gym, a new pool facility with dedicated lap-lanes and a zero-depth entry activity pool, kid’s zone and many more amenities.

The temporary office serves as a place for Kent community members to come meet face-to-face with Kent Y staff, sign up for Charter Memberships, pick up charter member swag and to share ideas about Kent Y program offerings, classes, summer camps, special events, apply for job and volunteer opportunities and more.

The new Kent Y is bringing exciting new opportunities to exercise, play, swim and be fit, learn new things and to work together to contribute to the life of our community.
