Leap into a week of non-stop fun and hands-on learning! Preschool campers will enjoy art projects, sing-a-longs, games, and outdoor activities, all focused on a fun, weekly theme.
Minis Camp is for kids ages 3-5 years old.
Registration will open in February as follows:
- February 4 at 6:00 am to February 10 at 12:00 pm: 2025 Day Camp participants, current YMCA Before and After-School Enrichment (BASE) participants, and current YMCA Early Education participants, and their siblings
- February 11 at 6:00 am to February 17 at 12:00 pm: Facility Members of the YMCA of Greater Seattle and the group above
- February 18 at 6:00 am: Open to all

Construction Crew
July 6-10
Grab your hard hats—it’s time to build big ideas! Little engineers will explore shapes, structures, and teamwork as they bring their creations to life.
Color Splash
July 13-17
Celebrate the rainbow with a week full of creativity and color! Campers will mix, explore, and express themselves through vibrant art and playful exploration.
Forest Fairy Tales
July 20-24
Step into a woodland world where imagination takes flight. Campers will discover friendly forest creatures and weave their own magical stories inspired by nature.
Under the Sea
July 27-31
Dive into an ocean of imagination! From shimmering waves to fascinating sea creatures, campers will explore the mysteries of life beneath the surface.

August 3-7
Travel back in time to a prehistoric world of discovery! Young explorers will uncover clues about dinosaurs through imaginative play and creative adventures.
Tiny Sprouts
August 10-14
Welcome summer with growing curiosity! Little gardeners will explore the wonders of nature as they discover how plants sprout, bloom, and thrive.
Butterflies, Bees, & Bugs

End the summer with a buzz of excitement! Young naturalists will explore the tiny wonders that help our world bloom while learning about the beauty of nature all around them.

Minis Camps runs Monday–Friday for three hours. Actual times vary by location.
- Bellevue Family Y: 1:00–4:00 pm
- Coal Creek Family Y: 1:30–4:30 pm
- Dale Turner Family Y: 1:00–4:00 pm
- Fauntleroy Y: 1:00–4:00 pm
- Kent Y: 12:30–3:30 pm
- Northshore Y: 1:00–4:00 pm
- Sammamish Community Y: 1:00–4:00 pm
There is no Extended Camp available for Minis Camp.
If your child is 3–5 years old by the first day of the camp week you choose, they can be a Minis Camp kid!

Weekly camp registration closes the Monday before the camp session. For example, for camp starting on June 22, registration closes on June 15.
The Y is committed to ensuring all families access quality and enriching camp programs. The Y provides financial assistance and a sliding fee schedule.

Current Before and After-School Enrichment (BASE) and Early Education families who receive financial assistance will need to reapply for summer programs.
Five-day weekly fees: $190 for Y members or $240 for Community members
A deposit of $25 per week per camper is due upon registration. Payments are drafted on the Monday two weeks before each camp session. For example, for camp starting on June 22, payment will be drafted on June 8.
Your child must be potty trained or wearing pull-ups and close to accident-free to attend Minis Camp. If you have questions about your child's readiness, please email us at youthsupport@seattleymca.org.
We’ve updated our cancellation policy for 2026. Key details are below. Read the full policy here.
- Cancellations must be submitted by May 1 to receive a refund of all payments minus the deposit. After May 1, no refunds are available.
- Deposits for YMCA Summer Day Camp are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another Day Camp program through June 1 based on availability.
- All cancellation and change requests must be submitted using the official Day Camp Cancellation & Change Form.
