The Y partners with ePACT Network, a secure online system to collect and manage health and contact information along with waiver releases for day camp and child care programs.
ePACT Network is a best-in-class online system that collects and manages health and contact information in a quick, easy way while giving families a secure place to store and update their personal information. The Y partners with ePACT to support electronic record and waiver requirements for our early education, day camp, and before and after-school enrichment programs.
The Y and ePACT prioritize security and privacy using industry best practice encryption and data protection standards. The new system is easy to use and will save you time. With one central account for all participants within a family, shared data automatically pre-fills and notifies us of updates which ensures we have the most current information when we need it.
The entire electronic document and waiver process takes approximately 20-30 minutes to complete.
