Healthy Aging Series - Active Older Adult Strength & Balance Class

Enjoy this beginner to moderate exercise class designed to improve muscular strength, range of motion, and balance. All you need is some clear space, some water, and a chair. If you have light dumb bells or resistance bands, they are encouraged, but not necessary. This class is offered free to all as part of our monthly Healthy Aging Series.
