Core Values Workout

Core Values

Try this WOD (workout of the day)! Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water.


Each exercise spells out the word "values" for a total of six core moves. Complete three rounds of each!  


  • V-ups (25 reps)
  • Alternate toe taps (25 reps)
  • Leg extensions (25 reps)
  • Upward dog (25 reps)
  • Elbow plank (30 seconds/side)
  • Side plank (1 minute/side)
