Back Pain Stretches

Try this WOD (workout of the day) to help alleviate back pain! Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water. Complete the following stretches two times.


  • Cat stretch
  • Child's pose
  • Pigeon stretch
  • Downward-facing dog
  • Upward-facing dog
