Pedaling a bicycle may change the life of someone with Parkinson’s disease. Research conducted at the Cleveland Clinic showed a 35% reduction in symptoms by the simple act of pedaling a bicycle at a rapid pace - optimally, 80-90 revolutions per minute.

Personalized Wellness Plan

A personalized wellness plan is a free one-time meeting with a health coach who works with you to identify your strengths and opportunities. You will create an individualized plan that will help you get the most out of your YMCA membership and achieve the goals that motivated you to join the Y.
