Roshni used to describe herself as “the shy one,” but after participating in leadership opportunities, like the Teen Leadership Board, she’s now confident in front of a crowd. Through her experience, she’s led fellow teen leaders to put on community events, and provide her thoughts and guidance on programming needs to her local Y.

“The Y has given me a great opportunity to expand in so many ways. I’ve made so many friends outside of my grade, who I wouldn’t have met otherwise.”
