How to Retrieve Tax Receipts for Child Care Programs

  1. Log In to your Y Active Network Account: If this is your first time logging in to your account, use the email address you provided when signing up for with the Y. To set up a password with that email select Forgot Your Password. You will receive an email with a password. Use that password to login into your account.
     
  2. Waiver: If you haven’t logged into your account recently, you will need to sign an updated waiver. For help, please follow these instructions.
     
  3. Payment and Order Management: Once you are logged in, you will see all your account options. Under Payment and Order Management, click Tax Receipt.
     
  4. Tax Year and Payer: Select your Tax year from the drop-down list and then select your payer name under Available family members. Do not select your child’s or the participant’s name.
     
  5. Generate Tax Receipts: Click Generate tax receipts. Each payer will have their own tax receipt. The report will open in a new window. Once you view your report, save a copy for your records.
