Try this WOD (workout of the day)! Before starting any exercises, remember to warm up, stretch, and drink plenty of water.

Instructions

Complete 3 sets of 15 reps for each exercise after a thorough warm-up

Exercises

  • Dumbbell curls 
  • Dumbbell tricep extension 
  • Medicine ball slams
  • Medicine ball lunges with rotation 
  • Dumbbell chest press 
  • Dumbbell bent over row 
  • Dumbbell weighted squats
