  • Forward hip swings
  • Lateral hip swings
  • Arm circles
  • Neck rotations
  • Overhead reach


Complete two sets of 15 reps.

  • Chair squats
  • Modified push-ups
  • Stationary lunges
  • Tricep dips
  • Seated knee lifts
