Players age 12 to 15 who identify as male or non-binary celebrate the love of the game in this youth basketball league. Legends focus on learning plays, practicing teamwork, and building fundamental skills. Teams participate at a higher level of competition that helps prepare them for a playing in school leagues and throughout their entire life. We practice once per week and play games on the weekend, including home games and games against other Ys in the region. All teams are led by volunteer coaches. Family involvement, whether as a team volunteer, cheerleader, or coach, is a key to success. Each player gets a Y jersey top to wear on and off the court.
