Wellness for Life: Creating Lasting Change

Are you seeking meaningful, lasting action to improve your health and wellness? The Wellness for Life program might be what you’ve been looking for! 

This program is a 16-week discussion group designed for adults seeking to create a lifestyle of health. Wellness for Life uses a Whole Person Health approach to lifestyle change that considers your unique needs and individual goals. This evidence-informed program supports adults seeking to create or maintain healthy habits related to:

  • Nutrition
  • Physical Activity
  • Stress Management
  • Quality Sleep
  • Chronic Disease Prevention and/or Management
  • Improved Energy
  • Weight Management 

Change is hard. With Wellness for Life and the Y, you’re not doing it alone. You’ll be joined by a small group of others like you, who will support and motivate you to reach your goals, encourage you through the challenges, and celebrate your success along the way!

Each class, led by a certified Behavior Change Coach, will include discussion, reflection, individual goal setting, and physical activity planning. By taking this time for yourself each week, you will be set up for success with your individual action plan and the support and accountability of your coach and the group to help keep you on track.
